What's covered
If a canvas arrives creased, a paint pot dries out, or a colour doesn't match the sheet, we replace it — no time limit and no returning the painting you already started.

Covered
- Paint that arrives dried out, leaks in transit, or dries up or runs out before the canvas is finished — re-sent free and matched to your kit.
- A printed canvas that is faulty, or that goes bad while you work on it — creased or torn on arrival, misprinted, or with numbers too blurred or faint to read.
- Brushes that arrive damaged or go bad before the piece is finished, and any kit component that was missing from the box.
- A paint color that doesn't match the reference sheet that came with your kit.
- The whole time you are painting: cover runs from the day the kit arrives until the last number is filled in, and you never return the painting you have started.
- Replacement parts ship free to the 100+ countries we deliver to, with no return postage to pay.
Not covered
- The finished painting. Once the last number is filled in the kit has done its job, so framing, hanging and fading in direct sunlight sit outside the warranty.
- Changing your mind about a design. That is what the 30-day return is for, and it is separate from this warranty.
- Fold creases on a canvas that ships folded, when its product page says so — that's part of how it travels, not a defect. Canvases that ship rolled are unaffected and stay covered.
- More than three replacement shipments on the same order. We keep this warranty generous, not infinite — beyond three, further reships are at our discretion.
How to Claim Your Guarantee

Email hello@davincified.com, or use the contact form. There is no claim form and no receipt to hunt down — write to us any time while the kit is in progress.
Tell us what you need
Include your order number and the part you need — the paint number, the brush, the canvas — plus a photo of the problem so we can match the replacement.
We ship the replacement
We send the replacement part free of charge, to the address on your order, so you can carry on painting.
What if I run out of a specific paint color?
We'll send you replacement paint free of charge. Just email hello@davincified.com with your order number and the color number you're missing. Every kit includes more paint than the design requires, and our high-opacity formula covers the numbers in a single coat, so running out is rare. Replacements are matched to your kit, so the finished painting stays consistent.
The fine print
Custom kits are non-returnable unless an error was made on our part—in such cases, a full refund will be issued. For all other returns, a 10% processing fee applies. Please also note that slight differences between digital previews and the final physical painting may occur due to screen settings; these variations are expected and do not qualify for a refund. *
