Our Christmas Delivery Guarantee (was displayed on all product pages until December 4) - Orders placed on or before December 4, 2025, by 11:59 PM EST are guaranteed to arrive by Christmas Eve. If an order placed within this timeframe does not arrive by Christmas Eve, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
Orders placed after December 4, 2025 are not guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Please review the shipping information below for estimated delivery timelines.

- Painted for You Orders: If you selected the Painted for You service, please note that each piece is hand-painted by our artists. This process typically takes around 15 days before the order is ready for shipment.
Note: Orders placed after 7:00 PM (EST) or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment centers with international delivery coverage. Shipping times vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and local postal services.

10. Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses using standard shipping methods.

Hazardous Materials: Certain items are considered hazardous materials and cannot be shipped to some locations.

For logistical reasons, orders with stretched frames shipped to the following countries will instead be sent with a DIY Frame Kit rather than pre-stretched frames: Albania, Andorra, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Cambodia, Cyprus, Egypt, Faroe Islands, Gibraltar, Greenland, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Malta, Martinique, Maldives, Mexico, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Réunion Island, Serbia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, French Polynesia, Turkey, and Zimbabwe.
11. Holiday Shipping

12. Special Event Delivery Guarantee

From time to time, Davincified may offer a Special Event Delivery Guarantee on specific product pages. When displayed, this guarantee applies only to orders that meet all stated conditions at the time of purchase and relates to delivery by a specified event or occasion, such as a holiday or special event.
- If an order that includes a Special Event Delivery Guarantee does not arrive by the promised event, the customer is eligible for a 50% refund of the product price.
- The Special Event Delivery Guarantee does not apply if a delivery attempt was made by the carrier but the order could not be completed due to customer unavailability. This includes, but is not limited to:

The recipient not being available at the delivery address.

The package being held at a local pickup location, post office, or carrier facility and not collected within the carrier’s required timeframe.

Missed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to respond to carrier notifications.
In these cases, the order is considered delivered for the purposes of the Special Event Delivery Guarantee.

The Special Event Delivery Guarantee does not apply to delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, government actions, or other force majeure events.

The refund under the Special Event Delivery Guarantee is limited to 50% of the product price only. Shipping fees, taxes, and additional services are not refundable under this guarantee. To request a refund under the Special Event Delivery Guarantee, customers must contact hello@davincified.com within 7 days of the promised event and provide their order number and delivery details.

Davincified reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Special Event Delivery Guarantee at any time. Any changes apply only to future orders and do not affect guarantees displayed at the time of purchase.
