Will Bullas Paint by Numbers Kits

I am one of the lucky ones. I have been a full-time artist most of my life after finishing art school in 1972. My art is almost always humorous and occasionally sarcastic, but always fun! The American version of the English language is my bottomless well. I love plays on words and phrases. ENJOY!
