1. Grant of Rights

By submitting your video content to Davincified, you grant us the non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from your video(s) in any media, including but not limited to online platforms, social media, and marketing materials. This includes the use of your voice, name, likeness, and any other identifiable elements of your personality featured in the content.

 

2. Representations and Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

• The content you submit is your original work and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

• You have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and licenses for any third-party content included in your video.

• The content is free of any defamatory, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material.

 

3. Compensation

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, you acknowledge that the submission of your video content does not entitle you to any form of compensation from Davincified.

4. Modification and Termination

Davincified reserves the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued submission of content after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Davincified will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your submission of content.
